Kumlien's Gulls at Ashbridge's Bay in Toronto

Infinite Variation

Adult Kumlien's Gull in breeding plumage at Ashbridge's Bay in Toronto on 15 April 2017. all white head with no winter head streaking. This individual has very little grey in the wingtips. At least 13 Kumlien's Gulls were in the flooded beach area on 15 April and at least 12 on 16 April 2017. Ron Pittaway and I saw all age classes from first summer to adult breeding.
